How It Works

1. Choose your repair intake option and check out.
2. Schedule a time with us to drop off your printer at our shop. A link to schedule will be included in your order confirmation email.
3. Bring your printer (and any accessories you want us to test with).
4. We diagnose the problem and contact you with a repair estimate.

How Pricing Works

All repairs begin with a $40 diagnostic and intake fee, which includes:

• Full printer inspection
• Testing of mechanical, electrical, and firmware components
• Troubleshooting to identify the root cause
• A repair estimate (parts + labor)
• No work is completed without your approval

This fee covers the first 60 minutes of technician time.

Additional Costs

If your printer requires replacement parts or more complex repairs, we will provide a quote before proceeding. Additional charges may include:

• Labor: billed at $40/hour (above the included 60 minutes)
• Parts: priced individually based on the model
• Specialty repairs: quoted after inspection

You will receive an invoice for any approved repairs once they are completed.

Before Your Appointment

• Please remove filament for transport (if possible).
• Bring the power supply.
• Include a sample print if helpful.
